Bridal Expo Recap

What a great weekend at the 2024 Wichita Summer Bridal Expo! Met so many wonderful brides and grooms to be - ran out of flyers and catalogs to give out - had fun modelling our new sage green suit - and was completely exhausted by the end of it!

A couple of emerging / continuing trends I noticed at the show:

1. A lot of grooms interested in purchasing their wedding suit. This is something we've noticed over the past year or so, and the number of grooms choosing to purchase instead of rent keeps growing.

2. Brown is going to be very big this year and next - A number of grooms were very interested in our brown "Archer" suit for their wedding.

3. Big wedding parties are back in style. Met with many couples whose number of attendants was 6 or more.

All in all it was a good show. If you didn't get a chance to make it, there will be another, bigger expo in January. Hope to see you then!

Closed this weekend - July 26th-28th

We will be closed this weekend, July 26th-28th for a medical emergency. Miss Tammy has had a sudden recurrence of the back issues that she suffered last fall and, because the bridal expo is also this weekend, we cannot keep the shop open.

We're sorry for any inconvenience this will cause but are grateful for all of the support and well wishes we have already received. We will be open for tuxedo returns on Monday.

Updated Store Hours

Earlier this month, on groundhog day, Phil told us it would be four weeks until PROM season - and he was right!

Starting tomorrow, March 1st, we are ending our winter hours and going back to our normal schedule - with some added hours now on Wednesday and starting later this month we will be open on Sundays! Full hours below:

MONDAY: 10am - 6pm

TUESDAY: CLOSED

WEDNESDAY: 1 pm - 6 pm

THURSDAY: 10 am - 7 pm

FRIDAY: 10 am - 6 pm

SATURDAY: 10 am - 4 pm

SUNDAY: 1 pm - 4 pm (beginning March 17th)
